You won't get Honda to service it, the ti had a Rover engine. The cars are fun in a quirky sort of way. I had one for several years and did over 100,000 miles in it. Torque steer is ferocious but that all adds to the fun. Great in a straight line but can be a handful in the wet, especially too fast around corners (voice of experience). As for servicing, they do benefit from regular oil changes and I needed to replace the head gasket at 80,000 miles. I think you will need to find a decent franchiseless garage to service it but parts may be a problem.
If you look at the car check its spec. The earlier (UK) cars didn't have AC and the ventilation system was pretty poor. Later models had AC as standard and a lower suspension and traction control that was supposed to have improved some of the handling quirks.
