Thanks in Advance, what is the normal operating coolant temp and oil press for a 3.9? What weight oil is recommended?

If Land Rover, gauge should never get past middle ( 185-190 ), Oil usually 45-50 at 2000 rpm. Again if Land Rover , 20/50W summer, 10/40 winter.
