Rotor Failure

While driving last night, I had a brand new rotor fail...metal arm broke away from the plastic body. Poor manufacture, or did something cause the failure. Replaced with the old rotor and ran fine. Any suggestions?

Hi, Michael -

There has been a rash of failures of rotors over the last several years. Jeff Schlemmer, at Advanced Distributors, has the cure. Check out his website, and tell him you heard it here!
