About a month ago I took delivery of a 1967 Austin Healey 3000. It was actually delivered a month ago to my son’s house while i was out of the country. Today was the first day i had a chance to drive it. What a blast that was. Anyway, other than really liking Healey’s, I have never owned one and know there is a ton to learn to take great care of the car. I have contacted my local Healey specialist and will be bringing her in for some inspections (she runs great) and some “make sure you always do this and never do that” lessons. I am sure I will have a ton of really dumb questions like it took me two hours to figure out how to open the bonnet…who would think to look on the passenger side of the car. Bear with me…this should be fun.

Welcome to the wonderful world of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". We are on our 6h LBC, two "A's" and 4 "B's". Good that you found a good source of help. Just remember that the "passenger side" was the driver's side back in Jolly old England. Don't know where you are but I think I found the last MG/Triumph mechanic in the Northeast!

Once I figured out where the bonnet release was I connected the dots back to the driver being on the right side...wish I had started with thought.
