They just changed that part of the track and increased the run off area.
They had a fatality at that exact spot two years ago (I was in that race).
It's fun to go to the vintage events there, but it's my least favorite track to actually race on.
 
Oh no - I had no idea that there was a fatality there.

I don't remember that corner being especially dangerous, depending upon the car I could go in full throttle and drift to the wall and then fly up the hill.

But if someone died then it is good to hear that they changed the track.
