Does anyone have the correct dimensions for the sill under the rocker panel on both sides of my tr3a, or know where i might find these dimensions. I can make these panels but it is kind of hard to get the correct measurements from what I have if you see the photos.

Are you going to replace the whole inner sill?? They really aren't that expensive. I just looked at TRF's website, and they have them for about $110 per side. If you want, I have a set that I bought several years ago, but never used, as I acquired a different body for the car. I could drag them out and take any measurements you want. I sent you a PM.

Hi, Considering how much of the original body is rusted beyongd repair on that car, from the pics you've posted, it looks like by the time your done your going to need to replace almost the whole body.

You might want to think about just getting a new shell. From the pics it looks like by the time your done you'll have pretty much done that anyway.

I guess that TRF can get one for you, no idea how much it will cost though. Just a thought.

You could buy one side then replicate it for the other side. That is a 50% savings over two.

Yeah I know it's going to be a lot of work but I have nothing but time, and sense I am a fabricator and work in a fab shop I can make most of the panels myself flat steel is a lot cheaper then buying pre-fab parts besides I know it will be done right if I do it myself. I all ready have one fender repaired and will start on the other soon. then just move my way around the car until It's ready for reassembly then the fun part motor and the rest of the drive train and You are right Rich by the time I am done i will have taken this car from what it is now and made it my own from frame to top from headlights to tail lights.

CUPWALKER, I haven't forgotten about you. I won't be able to dig out those inner sills until tommorow. Then I can take some pics and measurements for you.
