Rocker Arm Specialists

After reading THIS THREAD, I looked at the Rocker Arm Specialist website, and it looks like they significantly increased their price. Unless I am reading something wrong, the price now is $201.50 for the 6-cyl cars. That is a pretty hefty increase from the $98 to $125 everyone was talking about in the past.

Here is the link to their site, https://www.rockerarms.com/Austin.htm . Am I missing something? If I can get the lower price I'll send mine tomorrow! Otherwise I am going to have to wait a couple months.

HI Patton, Just check the prices some of the other shops are charging and I think you will find that you are still getting a bargain-plus known quality work.-FWIW---Keoke /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/driving.gif

I talked to Gary at RAS a few months ago when I had my tappets reground. Business has not been great for the last few years so I'm guessing the price increase is to help them stay in business. The $100-125 price was really a smokin' deal .. perhaps too low all considered. I think if you check around you will find that most places charge about $350 for the same service.

Cheers,
John

I would pay that price if I had to do it again. I thought they had made a mistake and sent a new unit back. It was very excellent work. Guess I lucked out in timing.
