Rivergate clutch question

I have my conversion done, using the Rivergate slave cylinder and pushrod assembly. One issue I am having is it seems like the clutch is not fully disengaging between shifts. The gears tend to grind slightly between 1st-2nd and 2nd-3rd. And downshifting to 1st grinds as well. The pushrod is adjusted with about an 1/8" of freeplay, which is what was suggested from Will at Rivergate. I've bled the system twice, so we should be free of air. The only thing I haven't done is convert the 7/8 master to 3/4. But I don't know if that will have any effect on the issue. Thoughts on what I have going on?
