In honor of Steve McQueen's birthday, Turner Classic Movies has been showing his films.

Right now, <span style="font-style: italic">LeMans </span>is on. (Sorry I didn't see this sooner, just walked in the door.)

There was just something about McQueen in his acting roles. No one else like him, IMHO.

Interesting guy: raised as an orphan, rose to be arguably the greatest screen actor of his time.

I still can't believe he's gone.
