I have the opportunity to buy a rebuilt RHD steering rack. Typically, what are they worth?
 
Shouldn't be a penny more than a regular steering rack since you can get one out of any left hand drive Morris Minor.

Rather hard to find.
When you do it is pretty greasy, dirty, and worn out...about $175 or so...
Cleaning, setting up properly with correct inner shims etc.....all adds to the price. Boots are about $20/ pair.

and as Glen sez.....go find a Morris Minor. That might be like looking for the dead sea scrolls.

Aw heck, I just realized I've got an extra Morris lefty rack. Its pretty dirty and loose, but you can have it for shipping and spend your savings fixing it up if you like. I can check it out tonight to see what sort of shape its in if you want.
