British Car Spoecialist sells some Restoration Photo Sets. Are they worth it ?
Has some one already bought them ? I plan to buy the 100-4 and 100M sets, but they are worth near 100 dollars.
Should I buy them ?
Thanks in advance

I bought a set for my BJ7 about 4 months ago. Looked at them once, not much use for me, a write off on my rolling restoration.

I have a BJ7 and have the photos. They have been very useful for me.... guess it depends on what your looking for. The best thing you can do as you disassemble a car is to take hundreds of detail digital pictures....from every angle...you never have to many. In fact, even at that, you'll probably not have the one you want...I think Murphy has something to do with that.

Cheers,
Steve

I bought the available restoration books, the photo set from BCS, and flagged every photo I thought might be useful when I did my restoration. The BCS collection is good and I know it has more photos in it now than when I bought it, but I found I was often thinking that the photo ALMOST showed what I needed, but not quite. I needed the sorts of photos most folks don't think of taking. I bought my car in pieces and had nobody who had done one to help me. Plus I had many many parts that were not part of my car thrown in, and I had to figure out what didn't belong as well as what did. I found a DVD of 100 and 100M restoration photos for sale at www.dreamsonwheels.com, BMC Classics Inc. that was not expensive and had many, many detailed and very useful photos. It was nice because I could print out the ones I wanted, zoom in, and tape them to what I was working on if needed. I don't know if it is still available, but I'd recommend it. It even helped with laying in the wire loom because it was detailed enough to see wire colors on a few items.

The NORMAN set is arrived just one half hour ago
A lot of Photos -Good Quality printed-
It shamed some of mine doubt in the rebuilding the car
Note :the nearest AH 100/6 is more than 300km from me
If you are in the same condition Photos are useful for You
