MGB Replacing Windshield 71 mgb

Changing the seals on my windshield, I have not yet seen a worst design, It took me about three whole days and I cracked the glass after all that work.
It broke putting it back on the car, I knew I should have taken that dashboard out.
So now I've broken the glass and cracked my old dashboard I'm ready to do it the right way.
My first question is ,Should I spend the $324 for the triplex glass from Moss or buy their $119 aftermarket brand is there a big difference. Local glass guy refuses to work on it, Say's people couldn't pay him enough for the labor.

Any tips on this crazy job will be greatly appreciated.

Supposedly the MOSS glass is very good. Check out youtube for a video on the subject. I just did mine but it was an old piece of glass and frame. Did not take very long and I'm lucky nothing broke.

2 men & a boy!

Open the doors & look at that little piece of metal sticking out under the frame (at end of dash)...its riveted on...take it off...that allows you to see the frame as it goes down into the hole....I use a tapered wood screw the same size as the bolt in the first hole on each side to pull the frame down...frame will rethread itself to fit the wood screw (or you could use an old GM hood hinge bolt - its also tapered)
