Replace the outside skin on a cargo trailer???

Have any of you replaced the panels on a Cargo trailer? Can you just take the screws out and pull it from the top and bottom, slip in the new panel and caulk?

The trailer I bought has lots of louver vents in the side which I would like to remove.
