Hi John,
It appears that you have the king pin, top trunnion, shock, & fulcrum pin still together, but off the car.
Make sure that the shock arms are still solidly attached to the shock, & that the bolt holding the two shock arms together is still tight. This will prevent misalignment of the two arms & their binding as you remove the pin. You should be able to lay the shock arm on something solid, such as partially opened vise jaws, & drive the fulcrum pin out. The upper part of the king pin is notched to fit around the fulcrum pin. make sure that this notch is not binding the fulcrum pin.
After the pin is out, remove the shock arm clamping bolt, & the arm to arm bolt, & spread the arms a bit. This will allow the trunion & it's rubber bushings, with kingpin attached to be slipped out from between the shock arms. With the fulcrum pin out, you should now be able to drive the king pin out of the top trunion. Actually it would have been easier to leave these parts on the car & remove the fulcrum pin first.
