Removing Column Surround

OK I know 4 standard screws in there to get the Column Surround apart. I can't remember however the trick to get the back screws out without dropping / unbolting steering column. Looks like a screwdriver on a spring or something like that is needed to get at them. Ideas?

Trying to get at TS Switch to tighten up and see if I'm getting juice up there. Issue still from last week when Grandkids were in Bugsy in the garage fighting over who got to drive and TS now don't work.

Might be time to head to Sears ands see if I can spot a handy dandy tool to get in there without dropping the column.

Fun to have the little guys over 8,9,10,11 just Bugsy can't stand the abuse. Now both hte TS and Wiper switch have loosened up and need to be tightened. Might have lost my ground although Wipers, Horn and flashers still work enthusiastically/.

When i did it i did have to drop the column - just the bolts at the dash though.

I stopped at Sears the evening and found a couple of things to try that just moght work without dropping the column form ther dash. Even if I do need to drop it it's not really a big deal just a little bit of a PITA to do.
