TR4/4A Removal of spigot needle bearing from input shaft

What is the recommended method of removing the caged needle bearing from the input shaft? I made a tool to get behind the bearing but it won't budge. Do I need to carefully cut it out with a die grinder or is there some special extractor available? This is the last part that needs to be removed before I start reassembly. Thanks for any help and have a good day!

ISTR I used a Dremel and small grinding wheel to grind partway through the outer race (after getting the needles out of the way), and then a small punch to break it up. It's really hard, so a burr is probably the wrong tool to cut it.
