Tim, you can see a list of all AHCA registrars at https://www.healeyclub.org/registries.aspx.
There are different registrars for BN7 Mk I and Tricarb BN7 Mk II.
AHCA is the only North American club that sponsors registries.
The only other registries I am aware of are maintained by the UK. I have no recommendation as to which is "best".
