TR6 Red TR6 in DC Tuesday Night?

I was heading north on 18th or 19th Street in DC on Tuesday night around 6:30pm and saw an early red TR6 next to me. I was in my jeep and not the TR250, so he didn't notice us waiving. Was it anyone here on the list?
