Hi All
have enjoyed reading the forums as a new(impending) BJ8 owner. Car arrives next week.

Some items i need to fit are
Full Exhaust - ( engine to tailpipe , performance headers & pipes preferred )
Wiring loom
Propshaft

Does anybody have recommendations on where to buy ? AH Spares ( UK ) seems ok but i have only just started shopping.

I'm also doing a RHD conversion but am thinking of leaving that to the Healey Factory here in Melbourne. I can do simple stuff, but better leave the conversion to better minds than me.

cheers

I use ah spares as my main supplier. I have used AutoSparks for wiring harness many times. You can customize the harness so that extra wires are put in for a radiator fan or other uses. There are lots of Healeys in Melbourne so you should find some good repair places. Much of the work you can do yourself.

Pictures of the car????

Healey Factory is a good place to start.

Thanks all for the replies

Here's some pics of the car at the shipping company in LA.
Going for a colour change also ( to California Sage, sand interior, green canvas top )

G'day tpba, you appear to be in Melbourne, so you should contact The Healey Factory at 646 Whitehorse Road, Mitcham. They have a good Replacement Parts department and carry most parts. Phone 03 9872 3900.
Joining the Austin-Healey Owners Club of Victoria will introduce you to many like minded Healey enthusiasts.
Cheers,
Alwyn
