MGB Rebuilding MGB Overdrive

There was a british show of about a guy who took an old car and rebuilt it. There was a porch and I think even a ferrari. The one with the MGB he showed all of the parts in an overdrive unit and took you on a tour of a factory that rebuilds them. From what he said (and what you see involved,) Just send it in.
However that goes against the whole need to touch everything yourself. I will look for the show on you tube. Either way keep us posted!

Look up Overdrive and Austin Healey also. There are other YouTubes that are very good at the rebuild. Mostly it is seals and o rings.

The hardest part is lining up the insides to slip back onto the shaft out of the gearbox. An extra shaft is nice to line stuff up.
