Rebound strap

As you can see in the picture I broke the bolt for the rebound strap. Is the darker part in the picture a sleeve or is this a shoulder bolt? The answer will help me determine how I fix it.

I'm saying shoulder but I really don't know. All it does is hold the rebound strap on. How are you planning to fix it??

It's a "distance piece" (sleeve) https://www.spridgetguru.com/AKD829III/AKD829III_L.html There is a shoulder bolt that fits into the sleeve.

mine is just a standard bolt with a sleeve/spacer

Well, if its a standard bolt the fix should be easy...as soon as you can get the rusted sleeve off!
