TR6 Reason for my rebuild

I forgot to post pictures of the reason for rebuilding my engine. Number one cylinder had zero compression unless I added oil. The it wasn't much. The piston tells the story.

Yeah, it's a new lightweight racing piston. I'm surprised it didn't disintegrate. And the car still ran well. I drove it to work a few times on the highway, at 70. For 30 miles!!
