Rear suspension rebuild

I started to rebuild the rear suspension of my 1970 BGT last night, complete renewal of springs, shocks, the works. And, as you can most likely guess, sheared off the stud of the lower rebound strap. I stopped after that and poured a tall cool one to reflect at what happened. My question, other than WD-40, anybody have good advice on freeing up fasteners? I really do not want to break any more. Thanks in advance.

try pb blaster. that stuff works great. just spray some on your nuts/bolts, wait 5 minutes and they should come out with no trouble
 
Marvel Mystery Oil is a fantastic rust penetrant too.
 
Thanks for the advice. PB Blaster works good. Can be found at Advanced Auto parts for $4.00 a can. However, even the best stuff in the world can't take everything off. The old hack saw was needed on the front spring bolts. They're off now, with the rest of the fasteners and now it's installation time.
