Rear Shocks

I am putting together the rear suspension on my bugeye. I have rear shocks from a '66, but I don't have rear shocks for a bugeye (the DPO did a tube shock conversion).

Will the '66 shocks work? I'm pretty sure they're different from original bugeye rear shocks, but if they'll work I'll get them rebuilt and use them.

If you're having them rebuilt by PeterC (a member here), he may be able to swap the links or advise you on your options.

Thanks guys. I sent an email to Peter at WorldWide.

+1 for Peter's shocks. I have his lever shocks on each corner of my '69 Sprite, front and rear. They are awesome.
