Rear shock conversion and correct SPAX?

So ordering me bits and pieces for front suspension rebuild and figure I would replace the shocks with SPAX adjustables. Someone did a conversion and has KYB G2's in it presently. Does anyone recognize the conversion kit and/or know which SPAX number I need for the rear?

Be careful about the kit and the fit. A friend had them on is TR6 and it totally messed up his rear camber and ruined the handling. YMMV.
