TR6 Rear panel paint ccode

Hi Guys,
I purchased a 72 TR6 that was restored and had a repaint..The rear panel was painted the same as the rest of the body...Does anyone know of a paint code for the rear panel..I know that they were always painted black, and know it wasn't gloss black..Either a flat, matt, or a satin..any suggestions would be appreciated .

Hey Brick, I can't tell you the black satin paint code, but that panel..that panel is called the "rear valance"'

Hi brik,

The rear valance was painted flat black from the factory. However, many guys who have done restorations/repaints on their cars use a satin black.

I just did mine with urethane satin black from Eastwood.
