Rear diff. bearing ID

Number 26. Just make sure you have the right bearing cone for the pinion shaft. Cups are the same, but the bearing cones are different depending upon the OD of the pinion shaft. Very early gear sets have a larger OD shaft and hence bigger ID of the bearing cone. Usually, if there is a filler hole on the side of the differential housing, it is the older gear sets.

Inside Diameter: 30.16mm = 1.1875 inch
Outside Diameter: 68.26mm = 2.6875 inch
Width: 22.23mm = 0.8750 inch

Looks like this is for the older big OD shafts. Should work on the diff as long as it is out of early cars. Late 4.22's from the mid-60's (65-66) could be using the 1.00 inch OD pinions.

the diff that I am usings is out of a very early 1/4 elip. springed MG Midget
