Rear cowl part needed

On the 68 Sprite they changed the rear cowl to accomidate a lip that was covered with a plastic piece that the Tenex fasteners attached to for the top. The metal is pretty rusted on mine. Does anyone know of a source for this piece or have a good one on a junk car they would cut out? Any help appreciated.

Jeff,
I'm in SC too. Aiken to be exact. Have you looked at the Victoria British catalog yet? They have a ton of replacement panels. I plan on using them when I tear mine down for the "major" restoration. They don't have a catalog online but will send you one for free. I use them all the time and haven't had any problems. Just make sure you can't get it locally first. If you buy from them you will pay 3.00 for a 2.00 spark plug if you know what I mean. Still they have tons of hard to find stuff.
