TR2/3/3A Rear conversion kit

Does anyone have any experience with the rear axle tube shock conversion kit sold by RATCO? This would be to replace the old lever shocks.
 
I have not run this personally but locating the tube shock securely, so as not to trip off, had been an issue with some designs. RATCO has a good rep, I am inclined to think they have thought this through but check before diving in.
