How far from the car body should the "top" of the rear overider be? I believe the rear overider brackets have been tapped inwards by some land yacht.:playful:

The top of my non- parking lot -adjusted bumperette to the body is 2 1/4 inches.

This may be a weird thing only I do, but whenever I go into the garage, i always pat my TR3, usually around the headlight bucket. It always makes me feel better...

2 1/4"...that's good to know...the bumperette bracket on mine is touching the body...hopefully I can remove the "tube' bolt and bend the bracket back in situ or else remove the bracket and straighten it out.:encouragement:
