Ok its time to start asking questions about the rear brakes.

They look in great shape as if they were just replaced. Shoes, cyls piping, nipples & cables all look new.

The one thing is, all was very dry in there but as it sat for awhile, apart, grease apeared.

Is this normal when you remove the drum? I loosened one of the studs while taking it apart & that is where the fluid is leaking from.
 
The fluid was not in the drum when I took it off. The drum is positioned under the hub and fluid dripped into it.
 
Could your diff be overfilled? It would only come from past the axle seal. Just sitting I can't imagine how it'd get there unless the diff had been filled past capacity causing lube to be against the seal at rest... Very odd. You may be looking at seal change rather than rear brake work. A surprise a minute, huh?
 
There was no fluid evident until I took off the drum. And only after the drum was off for about 2 hours did it start leaking. That is why I thought that loosening the wheel studs may have seperated the hub from the axle causing a leak. I just tightened up the wheel studs to see if that helps.
Again there was no leaking at all until I took off the drum. I thought from pulling the parking brake, I pushed fluid out of the cyls but they look awsome.

I will be changing the diff fluid soon and bought a 1/2in extension to grind down.
 
Long as it is open, change the seals.
 
Did you smell it? Gear oil has an unmistakable smell.

If so, it is probably leaking past the rear hub seals. I'd replace these before worrying about the rear brakes.
