I rebuilt my brakes recently, I'm pretty sure I used a metric wrench on that one. I know nothing on these cars should be metric, but metric wrenches often fill the gaps between SAE sizes if you don't have whitworth wrenches.
Here is a conversion chart I found somewhere on the internet.
