Rear Axle Installation

Is there any easy way to get the axle attached to the springs? I had hoped to get this done with the car still on the rotisserie, but it looks like it will have to be set on a solid mount so that I can jack against the spring. Even then it will be difficult to get things lined up.

Yes:: it will have to be set on a solid mount so that I can jack against the spring.

NO Just a little patience and you will do OK

If you have a large enough C-clamp (better yet__2 of them) you can pull the spring to the axle and get the U-bolts in and tightened.
