Got this recently for screen captures - it is brilliant and quick for detail pictures for posting or for things like grabbing a page from the Moss Catalogue to post.

I didn't download mine from here, and, if it asks for you to buy it, I believe you can get earlier versions for free.

Windows 7 users can always use the "snipping tool" too, and it's already built in

Just FYI, you can simply push the "PrtSc" (Print Screen) button to capture a screen at any time. It's a built-in Windows feature. Also, if you push ALT-PrtSc then it only captures the current window rather than the entire screen.

The image captured stays in memory and can be pasted into whatever program you open.

I know, gotta say this one is much easier in part because you don't have to open another program. But, whatever right, works for me.

It is not really the same thing. The advantage of screen capture programs is that you can grab a small portion of the window. I use ScreenHunter (recomended!)on a daily basis at work to grab small portions of CAD drawings or other illustrations. showing the entire picture is usually way to much detail to be helpful.
