Peter Mittler visited "British Motor Heritage" and got to see heritage MGB bodyshells being constructed.
Wish you could have been there too? At least you can enjoy 16 big color photos from his trip.

We can't go back in time and visit the MG plant at Abingdon to see their production tools and techniques, but visiting BMH is the next best thing.

This is the FIFTH article in a series we've run on British Motor Heritage. Here are links to the other four:
A Visit to British Motor Heritage - https://www.britishv8.org/Articles/BritishMotorHeritage-Intro.htm
British Motor Heritage Builds MG Midget Bodyshells - https://www.britishv8.org/Articles/BritishMotorHeritage-Midget.htm

How BMH Built a Brand-New Vintage Race Car - https://www.britishv8.org/MG/BritishMotorHeritage-1.htm

If you're still curious to see what's left of the old MG plant, we've covered that too: https://www.britishv8.org/Articles/Abingdon-For-MG-Enthusiasts.htm

Enjoy!

Very cool links, I looked at all of 'em. Wish I had a dozen of each of the full bodies
