Although a Healey machinest would be preferable, if one is not available, then a good auto machine shop will do. A good one will have access to the specs for the machine work.
As you re-build, just take your time and refer to your shop manuals and parts diagrams... As my father always said, " Measure twice, cut once". Same thing in re-builds; fit it, make sure it fits, fit it again, and torque it down...
