here is the new concept car from Jag...looks pretty japanese to me...

RD-6

A little Japanese, maybe....but don't forget, the Japanese tend to base their designs on european cars.....I really see more of an Audi influence (TT) from the front three-quarter view. From the back, there are influences of the BMW Z3 coupe. Very Mazda RX-8 in the way that the rear doors open up though. Maybe even Saturn?

I think it looks like the Infinity FX45 somehow.., The car looks ok, but not as a Jag, I don't know why...not british enough...

I was thinking it looked like the Chrylser Crossfire (a retro-car designed to look like some of the 1930s "airline coupes" from Bugatti and others).

I think it looks pretty good....sort of like an updated S-Type.

I've driven one of the latest Jags with the new diesel engine, it is really smooth a quick, it is the way car engines are going in the UK.

The old traditional problems of "start up rattle" and excessive smoke are not part of a modern turbo diesel, and performance is on par with ordanary engines, and torque is much better.

The Audi A6 with a turbo diesel is one of the best "daily drivers" you could have plus it returns nearly 40 miles to the gallon fuel consumption.

All the British Government have to do is to reduce the excessive duty on Diesel Fuel, compared to traditional petrol, and almost all new cars in the UK would be powered this way. It happens in France and other Continental Countries so why not here?.

Cheers

I believe the front of this show car is more in tune with what the average american like my wife sees as Jaguar..

Its not so much important to many sports car enthusiasts..but financial success will depend on both Men and Women buying up all the new Jaguars they can build..

I think the car needs a little work but overall I like it..
