I just did a post detailing what goes into prepping connecting rods, using Ray McCaleb's 1275 rods as a example, and then posted the entire thing in the MG forum rather than the Spridget forum, so maybe you folks might want to venture up that way and take a look, maybe Tony, or Niel can move the thread down here for future post, although it good info for the rest of the MG or even LBC crowd as well.
