Rarely Seen in these Parts

By now I guess most people have heard about the snowfall in New Orleans. This is what it looked like up here, 75 miles north of the City.

I, on the other hand, grabbed some smarts and left PA/MD
for sunny warm Puerto Rico almost 20 years ago.

ask me how much I miss 42" snow and 7" ice storms
as I'm driving the Six down to the Biker bar for a cold one!!

What do you call those funny little showers that you guys get from June through November that manage to deposit like amounts of water down there?
