Randy (tr4nut) and some of his friends of the Texas FOGS were on their 2014 Great Lakes Tour and in our area. Randy had broken off from the group and stopped in last Thursday after stopping in to meet Peter C at WorldWide Auto here in Madison Wisconsin and then left for his parents home near Rhinelander. His group traveled through Michigan and through the UP where Randy rejoined them in Green Bay. They then traveled southwest and Shirley and I met the group in Portage Wisconsin. We then traveled hwy 33 to Lacrosse crossing Wildcat Mountain along the way. We stayed with the group driving south on hwy 35, The Great River Road and left the group as they continued south and turned back home on hwy 60 just north of the Wisconsin River. https://youtu.be/1N0mBIXTqwI

Thanks for the update. I'm betting they're all having one heck of a great time!

And Tom - your "trips around Wisconsin" web pages are excellent. Nice to see the details and maps, as well as the photos.

By the way, the engines in that video are *quiet*!

I know 6 out of 8 FOGs... but that picture begs the question, Why were you-all stopped on the side of the road and why can't I see 8 TRs?

Glad to hear they are still having fun.

Checking in from Mountain Home Arkansas - if you ever drive through Missouri I highly recommend State Hwy 19 -what a nice ride!

Great to see you and Shirley Tom! Wish that slow car wasn't in the way at Wildcat Mountain, though its probably best it was..

2 more days on the road, its been a great ride.
