how do you get this out...is there a trick or something?
do i need to remove the dash first? hopefully not!
 
On mine, there are some screws on either side that go into the Sheet metal. It is in there tight, and you need to slide it out to one side, paying mind to the wires that are attached. Took only a couple minutes to remove.
 
I had to roll mine out, bottom first... but I have a spacer behind it.
 
cool. Mine is a little tight as well. I was very cautious the first time, but it is pretty easy now.
