TR2/3/3A Radio and TR3A

I pulled an old AM radio out of TR3A several years ago. .strangely enough, however, there were no speakers hooked up. As I'm trying to put everything back together (as stock as possible), I'm curious if a radio was a factory option for a TR3A. If so, anyone know any of the specs?, i.e., type of radio, speaker placement, etc.

I think radios were at best dealer installed so there was some variation in mounting, antenna hole, speakers, etc... e.g. when stripped my TR3 had 2 antenna holes - one on top of the wind near the windscreen, the other nearby on the side of scuttle.

My TR3A came with a radio bracket that mounted on the gearbox tunnel though I later went with an arrangement that hangs from the battery box to accomodate a negative earth unit.

Somewhere in my stuff I used to have plans for making a hump mounted bracket but can't seem to find it now.

I believe the most common brands were Bendix & Motorola.
