OOORAH! Indeed!! My son has met him on numerous occassions and says he is one heck of a guy!!!
 
This same thing happened with Gordon Lightfoot a couple months ago.. Someone started a rumor on the internet and things got out of hand. Pretty soon it was all over the wires..
GL said he left his dentist's office and was driving home, turned on the radio and heard the radio announcer say they were playing Gordon's songs the rest of the day in tribute to the late legend..... He took it very well, but said it was very strange to hear your own obit.
