Hello,
I have a 1949 Austin of England Devon. Picked it up about a year and a half ago and am doing some minor restoration to it. It is in pretty good condition and the body is so fine with no rust or dents. Only 42,000 original miles.
I am having some difficulty in figuring out how to remove the horn/signal cover from the steering wheel. I popped off the horn button but can't figure out how to get the other piece off. I need to replace the felt in the upper steering column. There is a hole in the back part of the steering wheel and it seems that this might release something to allow the cover to come off. Does anyone know how this comes off???
