Question - fuse block

Does the side with the extra/spare fuse go to the outside or the inside. Darn if I remember.
 
Just went and checked Tunebug. My fuse block (original, I assume) has 2 spare fuse holders. One side, though, has 3 connectors instead of 2--one at each end of the fuse, and one to the side. That side is to the inside of the car.
