Reading an article on a race equipped 55 XPEG putting out 140 hp! My question would be, what is the highest hp that can be achieved from an xpeg WITHOUT a blower and how could this be obtained? PJ
 
Exclude me, I never even built a XPEG egnine. I have a guy who calls me every once in awhile though, that has roller lifter and cams for this motor. 140 HP for a 1500 does not sound that far fetched, we can get 180hp from the MGB 1800 and close to 150hp from the 1275s.
