I found the stupid VIN plate it was in front of my nose all the time. Gesh, not fun to get old.

Ok, now for the question:

Faceing the engine room from the front on the right side below the front edge of the battery/and heater box ledge about three inches up from the frame rail is a metal tap that is welded on and is to hold something, what?? Does the fuel line go by there?

That is for the speedo cable.
The fuel line runs along the frame to the front motor mount where it gets a bolt on clip.

Ahh, bolt on clip, thanks. How many of the other kind of clips do I need do you know? The ones that clamp to the frame and hold the fuel line from where it crosses over at the transmission tunnel to the bolt on clamp.
