While I am truly impressed by my ability to keep track of this on this rebuild - and if you knew me you'd know how serious I am when I say that - (of all thie things I've lost in life I miss my mind the most

That really looks like a throttle cable bracket. But I can't say for sure. I've switched to a weber carb. Still it looks very close.
