Sent the rear bumpers off to be repaired and Chrome plated the first of the week. Think I am going to have to have a new grill the one I have will cost more to redo than a new one.

Orderd the new stearing wheel, seat belts, and some other bits last evening.

Boy are things going slow. I think the wife beleives I do this too fast. She would like to see it take years and years. I would like to have all the parts on the shelf before I start a project.

If I was going system by system, I'd agree with you; but to have everything sitting there surrounding a tub would drive me nuts.
Good going Jack.

Why shoot, just throw em in a pile, I'll sort em out. Oh yea one of those new tubs would be nice as well. Throw the parts inside.

If the grill that you currently have is the original one, be aware that a new one will not be of such a high quality. Although it costs more to rechrome an original, it should last much longer than the equivalent new one.

LOL Pete, I am almost 69 years old and car will never get rained on. How long do you think a repo will last? Heheh.
