This morning I cleaned the exterior and opened my spare smooth case transmission. Boy is it nice inside. Worn but not damaged in any way.

Stick it in and drive away. Glad I have that. Now to finish the cleaning, painting, and pickel it for future use by someone somewhere or sometime.

At least it is servicable and it will be clean and ready to go setting on the shelf, what a joy.

Darn you Ben, a whole spare engine.

Holy smoke Jeff, I'm just happy at this point to have all the primary parts. Spares is next step I think. Now if I can just find a rusted out hulk with a 1275 and such, looks around carefully, noop not here. Prob one within 100 miles if I just knew where. Setting under a pine tree probibly.

yep, will go to Tony, but not till I get Miss Agatha finished.

I'm alookin', Jack...

Ricky just called me - he's priming Jerri's VW today & wanted to know if I want to pick up the gas tank while he has it out for cleaning, etc....duh! So, I'm going by tomorrow after my doctor appointment...& I won't forget my camera!

Thank you Tony.
